Our story

Jennifer started as a cottage baker in 2014 in Denver, CO with the well known Outlaw Bread Collective. Serving farmer’s markets across the front range, I was on my way to a successful business. Unfortunately, in 2015 I began experiencing health problems and was ultimately diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. For my health, I stepped away from cottage baking.

In 2019, while preparing to return to the kitchen, I was in an e-bike crash that resulted in breaking my leg in several places. Shortly after, I developed DVTs and had a massive heart attack.

After surviving that brush with death, I reconnected with Timothy. Friends for more than half our lives, we’re more like family and often refer to each other as brother and sister.

Tim’s frequent requests for home baked goods re-ignited my passion for baking and together we’re baking up sugary goodness that puts smiles on people’s faces.
